Speaking on Jeff KoinangeLive (JKL) Wednesdayevening, Haji confirmed that his office work independently and serving justicewithout fear or favour.
Haji said that absolutely noone would be able to manipulate him, especially in the corruption cases he iscurrently working on.
The DPP also dismissed reports that he workingon orders of President Uhuru Kenyatta to victimize specific political figures,saying that Uhuru has never reached out to him for such reasons.
The chief prosecutor said that he wouldreadily reject such temptations and dishonor such directives even in theinstance that they come from the highest office in the nation.
"I have never received a call fromeither the president or his deputy teling me what to do," Noordin said.
"If such a call comes I would refer themto the constitution. I would remind them that they swore to defend it," Noordinadded.
